At Training Jio, I help you get started in your tricking journey in safe and progressive manner.
More than that, I ensure that you are able to flip anywhere you want in a safe & progressive manner, not just in a gym setting.
I strive to maintain balance between risk and safety to ensure progress is made when you are here with me.
Lastly, I want/hope to bring everyone together to train and explore the creativity of movements together
Our Story
Since 14 year old, Jc has always dreamt of being able to do cool flips and acrobatics, moving in ways that you see in movies and videos. Throughout the journey, Jc struggled to understand how to achieve those impossible feats without getting himself injured.
Eventually, he obtained those feats and understood the struggle of most average beginners would face when learning. The 3 main struggles that people face are:
- Lack of clear and simple progression
- Lack of important breakdowns of the movements
- Lack of proper fear & risk management
JC came up with solutions to address these problems and is determined to impact his knowledge to new practitioners so that not only they can achieve great feats but applied the skills they learn here to everyday life.

I do not have superhuman strength and flexibility, can I still achieve those acrobatic moves?
Absolutely! No one actually has superhuman strength and flexibility here actually. So long if you are in shape and you workout frequently, you have no issue in getting it!
Is it risk-free?
While understandable there are risks involved here, so long you follow our guidance and advice, chances of getting injured is very low. Moreover, we will teach you how to manage risk and fear so that you can learn safely.
How will the learning process be like?
You will first learn the foundation of acrobatics, meaning no flip from the start. With strength and conditioning involved. You will also learn how to analyse the trick by yourself, what to look out for and what to correct. You will also learn how to support your fellow practitioners. These are important as when you move up the levels of acrobatics, the thinking process is the same, hence achieving the tricks way faster in a safe manner.
